immocloud is digitizing property management for landlords and administrators -- with over 15,000 customers and strong growth.
We acquire many new customers through our trial phase -- in the mid-market segment with typical ACVs between €1,000 and €10,000 and short sales cycles (1 - 3 conversations). This is exactly where you come in.
We are looking for a structured, analytical Team Lead Sales (Mid-Market SaaS) (m/f/d) who will lead our small team, close deals themselves, and build scalable sales structures -- from playbooks to pipeline processes.
Responsibilities
You will ensure that good sales opportunities are reliably converted into deals -- and that our sales team has the right structures, playbooks, and routines for it.
Your role is divided into two main areas:
1) Leadership, Coaching, and Sales Concept (approx. 30 - 40%)
- You will lead and develop a small, high-performing sales team -- with a focus on mid-market SaaS deals, not enterprise or consulting projects.
- You will build understandable processes for short, efficient sales cycles and develop a scalable sales playbook for our mid-market target group.
- Together with the team, you will analyze pipeline, win rates, and deal cycles, deriving concrete measures for performance improvement.
- You will work closely with the CEO and Marketing to prioritize leads meaningfully and focus the team's capacity on the right customers.
- You will ensure that insights from sales -- from customer requirements to recurring objections or problems -- flow back into the company in a structured manner and can be used, for example, by Product and Support.
2) Active Sales & Building New Channels (approx. 60 - 70%)
- You will conduct customer conversations yourself, qualify leads from the trial phase, and guide them to closing in a few, clearly structured touchpoints.
- You will develop new outbound approaches for medium-sized property managers and landlords -- not enterprise hunting, but scalable mid-market outreach.
- You will sharpen our positioning with decision-makers and strengthen our relationship with customers in the core segment.
👉 In short: You lead not "from the desk," but from the front line.
Qualifications
- At least 4 - 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with short sales cycles and typical deal sizes in the range of €1,000 - €10,000 ACV, ideally with a trial or product-led motion.
- Demonstrable strength in conceptual sales work: Ideally, you have built sales playbooks, guides, or standardized processes yourself -- or you have alternatively worked in a scaling tech company where these structures were already excellently established, allowing you to transfer them to immocloud now.
- Initial experience in leading or technically managing a small sales team -- or a very clear ambition to take this step now.
- Demonstrable success in increasing conversion rates and in structured work with pipelines and KPIs -- you think in funnels and hypotheses rather than gut feeling and individual deals.
- Ideally, industry knowledge in the real estate or administration world (e.g., rental, WEG, property management), at least a clear willingness to quickly and deeply familiarize yourself with this environment.
- High self-motivation, ownership, and enjoyment in pragmatically testing and improving things.
- Very good German (written and spoken); English is a plus.
- Willingness to be in the Düsseldorf office regularly every week (hybrid possible, purely remote not).
- No field service: The role is a digital inside sales job without travel expenses or on-site appointments. Customer contact is mainly via video, phone, and email.
