Senior GenAI Architect (m/w/d)

Requirements

Must have:

• A completed degree in Business Informatics or a comparable background
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Solutions or Enterprise Architect in the Cloud/Data environment
• Profound user knowledge in Generative AI, LLMs, and their productive use
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (including architecture design and platform operation)
• Confident handling of tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen
• Very good knowledge of Python (especially in the AI/ML context)
• DevOps & MLOps: e.g., CI/CD for ML, LLMOps, container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• ML Frameworks: e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, OpenAI APIs, LangChain
• Methodological competence: Agile working methods, architecture frameworks
• At least C1 language level: German & English
• Willingness for project-related travel
• Strong communication and presentation skills at all company levels and with external partners

Responsibilities:

• Conception and implementation of AI/GenAI/Agentic AI architectures in customer projects
• Development of scalable end-to-end solutions for Generative AI and LLMs
• Technical implementation of proof-of-concepts and innovative platform solutions
• Consulting clients and stakeholders at the enterprise level
• Close collaboration with DevOps, Data Scientists, and Enterprise Architects
• Evaluation and integration of new tools, frameworks, and technologies
