Responsibilities
- New Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation: Acquiring new customers and independently generating new leads are your focus. You identify potential, establish initial contacts, and transform them into valuable customer relationships.
- Offer and Contract Management: You create offers, conduct contract negotiations, and coordinate test setups in coordination with internal departments, distributors, manufacturers, and, of course, your customers.
- Revenue Responsibility: You are responsible for revenue and margins based on jointly defined target agreements.
- Sales Pipeline: You are independently responsible for your sales and opportunity pipeline.
- Deal Closing: You are responsible for the successful closing of contracts, including negotiating terms, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue and growth targets.
Qualifications
- You have completed technical or commercial training and can show initial successes in sales, especially in new customer acquisition.
- You are interested in complex IT security and network solutions and services and have had some previous exposure to them.
- With your communication, negotiation, presentation, and sales skills, you convince customers and contact persons.
- You are characterized by closing strength and a hands-on mentality.
- National and regional travel is not a problem for you.
- Fluent German (spoken and written) and good English skills complete your profile.
