Job Description

Children need special medicines that taste good and are easy to take – with this idea, InfectoPharm was founded 38 years ago. We are family-run and a leader in Germany in the field of pediatrics – but we also successfully reach other target groups with our over 140 medicines and health products. As a provider of sometimes life-saving medicines, we bear a special responsibility for the supply of the population. Through our close exchange with patients, doctors, and pharmacists, we receive many impulses and ideas for new preparations. We have grown strongly in recent years, founded subsidiaries in Austria, Italy, the UK, and France, and are active in more than 30 countries. Many of our over 450 employees have been with us for a long time, which makes us proud. They are eager to learn and enjoy personal and professional exchange on our modern company campus. You can feel the lively and appreciative atmosphere when you enter the company – innovative ideas have room to unfold here. The strength in growth and innovation is extraordinary and sustainable – sales are currently around €300 million per year. All employees benefit from this, because in addition to interesting benefits, they are also involved in the company's success.

  • We pay 13 salaries, offer a company pension scheme, and involve you in the company's success.
  • You will be trained with a mentor by your side. Your professional and personal development is important to us, as we want you to take responsibility.
  • We live our slogan "Knowledge works when we share it". The doors are open, and you become part of a team that is there for each other.
  • We enable home office up to three days a week.
  • Our chefs prepare our lunch at a restaurant level – at a low price.
  • Coffee varieties, fruit, and freshly squeezed vitamin shots daily are free.
  • After work, there are many opportunities to play sports with colleagues. We have an indoor sports hall where, for example, football, badminton, and yoga take place. With EGYM Wellpass, you can do even more sports flexibly.
  • Our in-house nursery INKI, bicycle leasing, electric charging station for your car, as well as a laundry and ironing service, and much more.

Your Tasks

Have you ever wondered who ensures that the information on a medicine package is 100% correct? That doctors, pharmacists, and parents can rely entirely on the professional and user information? This is exactly where you come in. Your work directly impacts patient safety and ensures that our medications can be used safely.

Imagine being the organizational hub for the labeling of our products. You juggle not just one, but several different projects simultaneously, which may be in different phases. You are the person who holds the threads together between colleagues from specialist departments such as Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, and Sales. With your reliable and communicative nature, you ensure that everyone pulls together.

  • You manage the processes: You safely navigate new texts and designs through all approval steps within the company. You actively gather feedback from all involved departments and document the processes completely within the framework of our precisely defined change processes. Thanks to your structured approach, you always keep an overview and all deadlines in mind.
  • When a technical text is final, you coordinate its error-free implementation on the packaging. For this, you brief our internal graphic designers on the creation of packaging material templates and communicate independently with contract manufacturers and license partners at home and abroad.
  • With your very meticulous work approach, you check print files (artwork) very carefully against the specified texts. Special computer programs for text comparison are your most important tools.
  • You plan which packaging materials are used for upcoming production runs and repacking activities. You take regulatory requirements into account, maintain all relevant data, and thus ensure smooth supply.
  • You proactively look for solutions and actively contribute your expertise when we put our own processes to the test and maintain and further develop the associated SOPs.

You are part of our six-person Labelling team and report directly to the group leader. This means short decision-making paths and always a direct contact person. We trust in your ability to organize your work yourself, but there is always someone available to advise you as a mentor.

The position is limited to two years.

Your Profile

  • Ideally, you already have experience in the field of labelling.
  • You have a pharmaceutical background as a PTA or PKA or have developed a passion for organization and precise texts. It is important that you feel at home in the regulated environment of the pharmaceutical or medical technology industry.
  • You are fluent in both German and English, both spoken and written (C1).
  • You are proficient in the MS Office suite, especially Word.
  • Ideally, you have initial experience with SAP or Document Management Systems (DMS) – if not, that's not a deal-breaker. More important is your willingness to learn. We will show you the rest, such as our specialized tools (e.g., DocuBridge, TVT).
