Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Serve as Product Owner for the Infineon cross-sell database and API to different use cases to maximize usage and business impact
- Drive development of alternative recommendation models (e.g. Graph Neural Network [GNN]) and optimize recommendation quality, coverage, and relevance
- Ensure data integrity and high quality of cross-sell and cross-reference recommendations
- Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and inform data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, product owners, sales, and marketing stakeholders to drive adoption and business impact
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Master's degree in engineering, Statistics, Computer science or similar
- 8 years of experience in cross-selling recommendations
- Experience in recommended systems e.g. data-driven cross-selling, entrepreneurial thinking, and ideally, experience with GNN models and machine learning applications
- Understanding and experience of the semiconductor market and its value chain
- Stakeholder management, communication skills, conflict management
