Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

  • Use AI agents and automation tools to streamline analysis, create insights, and elevate daily product management workflows.
  • Oversee monitoring of revenue and profit performance, leveraging AI‑driven dashboards to ensure alignment with financial targets.
  • Provide foundations to derive strategic insights and build data‑based recommendations for optimized business outcomes.
  • Develop and present clear, AI‑supported analyses and reports for senior management.
  • Ensure impactful communication of product features, benefits, and innovations toward the market and internal stakeholders--using AI where meaningful.
  • Own and evolve product management processes, redefining and automating them as a pioneer of AI‑enhanced PM operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement across team interfaces by combining classic PM methods with AI‑powered workflows.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

  • A degree in AI, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Business Analytics, Mechatronics, Mathematics, Physics, or similar. An additional degree in Business Administration is a plus.
  • Deep familiarity with AI tools, agents, automation platforms, and a strong personal drive to apply them daily.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Python notebooks) is a strong plus.
  • Basic understanding of or strong willingness to learn automotive microcontrollers, automotive applications, and semiconductor product lifecycles.
  • Proficiency in data management, analytics, AI applications, and process automation.
  • Demonstrated growth mindset, curiosity, and willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Strong communication skills and motivation for customer‑facing interactions (can be learned on the job).
  • Excellent English language skills; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
