FP&A & Strategic Finance Analyst (m/w/d)

Your Mission

Financial Planning & Performance Management

• Own and continuously improve our financial planning processes (budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning)
• Build and maintain financial models to track performance and identify key business drivers
• Define and evolve our KPI framework
• Prepare monthly investors and management reporting and derive actionable insights

Strategic Finance

• Develop business cases, scenario analyses, and support key strategic decisions
• Work closely with the Finance Director and leadership team on growth, profitability and strategic initiatives
• Identify risks and opportunities and proactively recommend actions
• Support fundraising activities, investor reporting and board materials

Business Partnering

• Act as a finance business partner to teams like Sales, Marketing and Operations
• Support budget owners in steering performance and making data-driven decisions
• Translate financial data into clear recommendations for non-finance stakeholders

Your Profile

• 1--3 years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Consulting, Investment Banking or similar
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Good understanding of business drivers, growth- and profitability levers (incl. financial statements)
• Ability to translate financial insights into strategic recommendations
• Hands-on mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets, and experience with data and BI tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus
• Fluent in English and German
