About Us
INFINNI is building the infrastructure that powers the creator economy. We're a technology company reimagining how creators work by designing powerful, modern tools that make it simple to manage, distribute, and scale their work.
The creator economy is on track to exceed $480B by 2027, yet the software powering it is fragmented and outdated. We're here to change that. Our ecosystem of products---trusted by the biggest names in the industry---streamlines content management, distribution, and monetization.
We're a global team of 150 engineers, designers, marketers, and operators with experience at Meta, TikTok, Microsoft, N26, TIER, and WeWork. United by a shared mission: to empower creators to grow across platforms and markets by centralizing their content, sales, and operations into a single connected ecosystem.
Why This Role Matters
As INFINNI grows, our brand identity must evolve from a single product brand into a sophisticated, connected ecosystem. We are looking for a Design Lead to bridge the gap between high-level brand strategy and flawless execution across our various products.
In this role, you will be a "player-coach." You'll lead a small, high-impact creative pod, comprising designers and a copywriter, while remaining deeply involved in the design process itself. You aren't just managing a team; you are setting the aesthetic standard for how INFINNI and its brands are perceived by the creator economy.
What You Will Own
Creative leadership
- Mentor and guide designers and copywriters, providing the art direction and feedback necessary to maintain a world-class standard of work
Brand evolution
- Lead the creative direction of the INFINNI house of brands across all marketing channels, ensuring a consistent, premium human-first aesthetic across digital, video, social, events, and paid media
Hands-on execution
- Design and build high-stakes assets, from core brand identity elements to high-converting web pages on Framer
Cross-functional partnership
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to translate complex product value propositions into clear, compelling visual stories
Optimization and testing
- Work with performance teams to A/B test creative concepts, using data to iterate on designs and improve conversion across the funnel
Workflow management
- Own the studio's output. You will define the milestones, manage timelines, and ensure that 'last-minute rushes' are replaced by proactive planning and predictable delivery.
Design operations & systems
- Build and maintain our Figma design system and asset libraries. You will be responsible for 'Design Ops'---ensuring all files are structured, scalable, and usable by the wider marketing and growth teams.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a multidisciplinary leader who understands that great design is a lever for business growth. You should be as comfortable discussing funnel metrics as you are refining typography or motion curves.
Requirements
- Experience: 5 years in creative, brand, or graphic design, with a proven track record of leading creative projects and other creatives
- Technical mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Framer, and Adobe Creative Suite. You should have a strong grasp of motion design, video editing principles, and creative storytelling
- Strategic mindset: You don't just "make things look good"; you understand user behavior, attention hierarchy, and how to build assets that drive action
- Adaptability: The ability to work across multiple product lines and sub-brands, adjusting your creative approach based on the specific audience and market
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders and provide constructive, growth-oriented feedback to your team
- Portfolio: A portfolio or case studies showcasing both high-level art direction and individual execution
- Product fluency: A deep understanding of Product UI/UX. You can take a complex software feature and translate it into a beautiful, simplified marketing visual that doesn't sacrifice technical accuracy.
What's In It For You
- Competitive salary: Attractive compensation package commensurate with experience and skills.
- Relocation package: Opportunity to relocate to the Canary Islands and work remotely while being part of our distributed team.
- Remote work and yearly company offsite: We offer flexible working hours and location options.
- Professional growth: Opportunities for career advancement and personal development in a fast-growing company.
- Inclusive culture: Be part of a diverse and collaborative team committed to innovation and excellence.
- Collaborative and supportive team: Working with team members who understand the importance of the work you'll be doing.
