Your Tasks
- You develop and look after customers in the Defense and BOS sectors and actively support Sales & Business Development in identifying and implementing new business opportunities.
- You build and strategically develop long-term, trusting customer relationships.
- You actively qualify leads, plan and conduct customer appointments, and manage the entire sales process.
- You create and present solution and offer concepts, working closely with PreSales and the internal business units.
- You coordinate internal interfaces and ensure smooth collaboration among all parties involved.
- You participate in trade fairs, workshops, and specialist events, professionally representing the company externally.
- You meticulously maintain customer, project, and sales data in the CRM system.
Your Profile
- You have a completed commercial or technical degree or a comparable qualification.
- You have one to several years of sales experience, ideally in the Defense, Public Security, or BOS environment.
- You communicate confidently, work in a structured manner, and consistently pursue your goals with a focus on results.
- You have a confident demeanor, can explain complex issues understandably, and navigate different decision-making levels with ease.
- You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- You are willing to travel within the DACH region.
