Founded in Korea in 2005, based in Frankfurt since 2007, with responsibility for nine European locations and two top challenger brands, approximately 250 employees of 35 different nationalities, and solidly financed as a subsidiary of the Hyundai Motor Group. Our stated goal is to convince our existing and new customers outside the automotive industry of our expertise, inspire them, and grow together.

To strengthen our team in Frankfurt, we are looking for you as soon as possible as an Intern - Digital Marketing & Data Business (all genders).

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our Digital Marketing & Data Business team. This role offers hands-on experience in CRM, data-driven marketing, and project coordination for international clients in the automotive sector.

What You´ll Do

• Coordinate project activities by preparing meetings, managing documentation, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Maintain and streamline project materials, including presentations, trackers, and reports for easy access and clarity.
• Collaborate across teams (creative, media, tech) to support daily operations and drive project momentum.
• Conduct market and competitor research to uncover insights that inform strategy and decision-making.
• Support data-driven initiatives through customer segmentation, KPI tracking, and report preparation.
• Provide flexible support for team projects and ad-hoc initiatives, adapting to evolving priorities.

What You Bring:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong enthusiasm for digital marketing, CRM, and data-driven business strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Highly detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong willingness to learn and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
