INNOCEAN Worldwide Europe is a young 360° Marketing and Communications Agency Network, founded in 2005 as a subsidiary of the Hyundai Motor Group. Our European Headquarter in Frankfurt, with over 250 employees from 35 nationalities across eight European locations, is responsible for the entire marketing communication of Hyundai and Kia. International Media Management Intern (m/f/d)
Location: Frankfurt
The Role
As an International Media Management Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in planning and executing media campaigns across European markets. You will support campaign organization and execution, collaborate with experienced colleagues, and contribute to real projects from the outset. This role offers a strong opportunity to build practical skills and develop a clear understanding of the media industry.
Your Tasks
- Support the entire campaign development and activation process, from strategy to optimization and reporting.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with senior media team members and local markets to develop and maintain media plans.
- Immerse yourself in clients' businesses, understanding their challenges, objectives, market environment, and competitive landscape to deliver innovative client plans.
- Assist in coordinating client meetings, presentations, and events.
- Prepare and proofread PowerPoint presentations.
- Support account leads and agency leadership with projects, including new business pitches, presentations, financial reporting, and media research.
Your Profile
- Passion for the media industry.
- Completed degree in marketing, economics, or a related field.
- Curious, engaged, passionate, and eager to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, media partners, and clients.
- Exceptional organizational skills, ensuring deadlines are met, and communications are timely.
- Proactive in tackling challenging projects and collaborating on solutions.
- Collaborative, innovative, and strategic problem-solver with a results-oriented approach.
- Positive, professional, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively across various workstreams.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Fluent in English; good German language skills are advantageous.
- Previous experience in marketing, media, or advertising is preferred but not required.
