We're looking for a motivated Entry-Level / Associate Data Analyst to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about data analysis, learning new technologies, and contributing to impactful digital products in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of data analysis pipelines and features
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code for data processing and analysis
- Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and improving existing data applications
- Collaborate with senior analysts, product owners, and designers to deliver high-quality data-driven solutions
- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for code quality and performance
- Support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes for data projects
- Help document technical components, processes, and workflows related to data analysis
Requirements
Entry-Level / Associate Expectations (0--2 years):
- Experience with data analysis from studies, personal projects, or internships
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
- Understanding of core data science and statistics concepts (data structures, algorithms, debugging, statistical modeling)
- Familiarity with version control tools (Git)
- Basic understanding of data analysis methodologies (Agile/Scrum is a plus)
- A willingness to learn, ask questions, and grow your technical skills
General Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
- Comfortable working in a remote-first environment
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Based in Germany with the legal right to work full-time
