Since 2004, we have been developing innovative cloud-based software for fleet management. As a market-leading provider, we enable our customers to manage their fleets efficiently via the web.

We are looking for an experienced leader who impresses with technical excellence and strategic foresight and will significantly drive the expansion of our SaaS platform. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development team as well as the operational cloud migration.

Your Responsibilities

  • Technology & Strategy You will be responsible for the strategic further development of our platform and API architecture, as well as technical discoveries, the roadmap, and delivery.
  • Leadership You will take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of an agile development team. You will promote the individual development of employees and create an innovative environment.
  • Stakeholder & Corporate Management You will be the central point of contact for management and represent the tech department towards corporate functions (IT, Architecture, Security, Data).
  • Operational Excellence You will ensure the scalability, stability, and security of our systems and establish modern processes (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD).
  • Collaboration You will work closely with your Tech Lead, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success to translate customer needs into technical excellence.
  • Cloud Migration You will actively support the operational transition of our system landscape to the cloud (Stack: React, Spring Boot, Kubernetes).

Your Profile

  • Expertise Completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification and extensive experience in building complex B2B SaaS platforms and cloud infrastructures. Know-how in API design and integration, technical discovery processes, software architecture, and system design is an advantage.
  • Leadership Leadership experience, an agile mindset, and enjoyment in team development.
  • Stakeholder Competence You are comfortable operating at both technical and strategic levels and can confidently represent complex issues to (corporate) stakeholders.
  • Tech Know-how Confident handling of modern stacks (ideally Java/Spring Boot, React) and a deep understanding of security and architecture standards.
  • Communication Confident demeanor and fluent German and English skills. Ideally, experience in dealing with corporate structures and cross-departmental collaboration.
