Your Role
As one of our first Full-Stack Developers, you will play a key role in building INPHERA's core product from the ground up. You'll work across frontend, backend, and APIs to create the systems that power our interactive video experiences --- from real-time overlays and dashboards to scalable backend services and data flows.
You'll collaborate closely with product, AI, and creative teams, translating complex requirements into robust, elegant solutions. This role is ideal for a self-driven engineer who enjoys ownership, architectural decisions, and taking features from idea to production. You won't just implement tickets --- you'll actively shape how our platform works and evolves.
Your Must-Haves
- Strong experience as a Full-Stack Developer with modern web technologies
- Solid backend experience (e.g. Node.js, PHP/Laravel, Python, or similar)
- Frontend experience with modern frameworks (e.g. Vue, React, or similar)
- Experience designing and consuming REST / GraphQL APIs
- Good understanding of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and data modeling
- Experience building scalable, production-ready systems
- Clean coding practices, structured thinking, and attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset and clear communication skills
Your Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with real-time or event-driven systems
- Familiarity with video platforms, media pipelines, or interactive content
- Experience integrating AI or data-driven services into products
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and modern DevOps workflows
- Startup or early-stage product experience
- Interest in ad-tech, media, or interactive storytelling
