In the role of Account Executive, you will drive the Amazon advertising strategy of tomorrow together with our customers and will be both a contact person and a strategic advisor externally. Internally, you will take care of the implementation of discussed strategies and ensure maximum customer satisfaction with your commitment. 🚀

Responsibilities

  • Customer Acquisition: Identification and approach of potential new customers in the e-commerce sector, especially on marketplaces like Amazon.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and exploit revenue potential.
  • Consulting: Conducting needs analyses and presenting our services to develop tailor-made solutions for our customers.
  • Strategy Development: Participating in the development of sales strategies to increase our market share and open up new business opportunities. ‍
  • Market Analysis: Monitoring market trends and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities and adapt our sales strategy.

Requirements

  • Sales Competence: Demonstrable success in new customer acquisition and relationship management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English to deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to conduct market analyses and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-Motivation: High self-motivation and the talent to deliver results even in a dynamic environment.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate with different departments to optimally meet customer needs.

Team

You will work with two other people in our Sales Team, both of whom have been with the company for more than 5 years.
