Responsibilities

We are looking for you as an Application Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Frankfurt, with the possibility of working flexibly and hybrid, e.g., from home office.

  • You ensure the smooth operation and availability of our business applications to continuously increase the efficiency of our business processes.
  • You work closely with IT departments, end-users, and stakeholders to identify and analyze requirements and potential for improvement.
  • You implement updates, patches, and new features to optimize the performance and security of our business applications.
  • You perform error analysis and resolve issues related to our business applications.
  • You create reports and documentation on the status and performance of our business applications.

Requirements

Must-have:

  • Successfully completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification: You have sound theoretical knowledge acquired through your education or practical experience.
  • Experience in supporting business applications You have already gained professional experience and possess knowledge in the administration and optimization of IT applications.
  • Knowledge in the administration of cloud platforms such as Azure: You are familiar with cloud technologies and have already gained practical experience in the implementation and administration of cloud solutions.
  • Experience with IT infrastructures and web technologies: You have a solid understanding of IT infrastructures, networks, and modern web technologies, which you use to support and improve business applications.
  • Confident communication in German and English: You can express yourself confidently both orally and in writing in both languages and are able to clearly communicate technical and non-technical topics.
  • Solution-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for new technologies: You are capable of analyzing technical challenges and finding creative solutions. Your curiosity drives you to stay up-to-date with the latest technology.
