Tätigkeiten

• Debitorenbuchhaltung 📋 You maintain the customer master data in our accounting software (Sage KHK) and reconcile the accounts of our customers from the travel industry. You monitor open items and issue reminders where necessary.

• Kreditorenbuchhaltung 💰 You maintain the vendor master data and are responsible for reconciling their accounts. You are also responsible for checking, assigning, and booking incoming invoices and for the preparation and execution of payment runs.

• Sachbuchhaltung 📊 You are responsible for the reconciliation and booking of all business transactions in the general ledger. Together with the Head of Controlling, you will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB (if applicable, IFRS) as well as statistics and analyses. In case of discrepancies and deviations, you will clarify the causes and reconcile the accounts.

• Personalbuchhaltung ✨ You maintain the master data of our approximately 90 colleagues and are the contact person for salary-related questions. You manage their vacation and working time accounts and carry out monthly payroll accounting, including all notifications to health insurance companies and authorities.

Anforderungen

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship -- preferably supplemented by further training as a Certified Accountant or something comparable.
• You have several years of experience in financial accounting and ideally have experience in all the areas mentioned.
• You are confident in using accounting software (ideally SAGE KHK/Sage HR) and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Tax and social security law are not a closed book to you.
• You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner.
• Numbers are exactly your thing -- precision is in your blood.
• You are also a team player and communicate clearly and openly.
