Activities

You are the central point of contact in the customer project and work with the customer and your team to develop the perfect solution.

After you have presented the concept and the solution to the customer, you are responsible for implementing it in reality. You reuse valuable solution components, integrate known features from the Microsoft Cloud, and discover new possibilities to support customers even better and make them more successful!

• Conceptualization and support of Business Apps using the latest Microsoft 365 Cloud technology effectively
• Clearly capture and structure requirements
• Task management and allocation
• Technical understanding and the desire to further educate yourself in this area, as well as to stay up-to-date technically
• Accompany the implementation of the solutions in the customer environment and be the communicative contact person for customer issues
• Record troubleshooting and problem-solving in the customer environment
• Keep consulting and project development in mind
• Coordinate the further development of existing solutions based on the Power Platform
• Contact person and support for our customers and the team in case of difficulties with cloud technology and the use of our solutions
• Documentation of the technical concepts and key technologies used

Requirements

You must be a "techie" and enjoy new technology. Then this job is your dreamland!

• A completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study.
• You have at least five years of professional experience, ideally in Microsoft 365 or digital processes.
• You have sound knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills.
• You are customer-oriented, flexible, and a team player.
• You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.

1x Service Engineer for Customer Support

2x Developer / IT Consultants

1x Senior Consultant to guide you in projects

After that, we will meet for a second, slightly longer meeting where we want to get to know you better and show you the future position, challenges, and opportunities. We are also happy to provide 1-2 tasks for a potential third meeting.

In a third meeting, you can then present the results to us, and we will clarify final questions before we hopefully see each other again on your first day of work.
