As a Product Owner (m/f/d) at mobisys, you will lead our software product to long-term success and work closely with the development team and various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Definition of features and user stories according to customer needs and business values.
• Validation of ROI and EVA through customer and stakeholder discussions.
• Management of product backlogs and prioritization together with the Technical Program Manager.
• Creation of mock-up concepts, solution designs, and roadmaps.
• Explanation of features and user stories to the development teams.
• Risk management and adjustment of priorities as well as consideration of dependencies together with the Technical Program Manager.
• Establishment of a Customer Advisory Board.
• Central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, customers, and the development team.
• Ensuring benefits and goal achievement.

Requirements

• At least 3-4 years of experience as a Product Owner in agile software development for a B2B product, ideally in the SAP environment.
• Analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Experience in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Very good communication skills and assertiveness.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
• High commitment and reliability.

The product development team currently consists of more than 20 team members.
