Responsibilities
- Project Responsibility: You are responsible for the successful delivery of fully functional, high-quality, and state-of-the-art parking solutions to our customers. You make both technical and organizational decisions.
- Collaboration & Handover: You work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth kick-off and handover process and coordinate with the CRM team to ensure a seamless transition to customer support.
- Process Management: You lead the project management process in close cooperation with relevant team members. You coordinate our internal teams (e.g., installation) as well as external service providers.
- Internal Projects: You actively contribute to internal projects of varying complexity and support the strengthening of the Operations team and the entire Peter Park organization.
- Goal Achievement: You take responsibility for (parts of) targets, take initiative, and drive them to completion in collaboration with other teams.
Requirements
- Background: You have completed a degree in business administration, real estate management, engineering, or a comparable field of study, or have successfully completed a comparable apprenticeship.
- Technical Understanding & Industry Experience: You have a good understanding of technical hardware and construction processes and ideally have over 2 years of practical experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Systematic Approach & Problem Solving: You are experienced in coordinating various stakeholders and in project execution. You are system- and process-oriented and love to create order out of chaos.
- Customer & Results Orientation: You are absolutely customer-oriented, always act proactively with a clear focus on the intended results, and take full responsibility and initiative for your tasks.
- Communication: You distinguish yourself through strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a competent demeanor.
- Entrepreneur in Mind: We need entrepreneurs at heart to achieve our goals. Your personal drive, your hands-on mentality, and your structured, independent, and analytical way of working are essential.
- Team Player: We work for each other, not against each other. Fun and celebrating successes should not be neglected!
- Language Skills: Very good German and English skills
Work Setup:
- 40 hours per week (basis of trust)
- Home office policy: 3 days in the office / 2 days remote
- Permanent employment contract
- Willingness to travel: 10% in the DACH region
- Work location: Munich
- Team: 15 colleagues
