About the Company
We are a fast-growing startup from Offenburg. Our goal is to automate hotel management processes. The hotel industry is a large industry and internationally networked. Our software is used worldwide and helps hotels generate more revenue. Based on our algorithm, we automate revenue management and provide many different analyses.
During his thesis, Sebastian encountered a problem that many hoteliers share! How can prices for overnight stays in a room be better predicted? What should the prices be based on and how can they be determined? Many hoteliers unfortunately deal with these questions far too little! They often rely only on their gut feeling and look at the prices of the competition to align themselves. Sebastian was not satisfied with this and created a calculation to better predict prices. Despite lacking programming skills, he tried to set up the calculation himself using Excel. In a further step, Marius and Rafael helped him to technically implement the idea and began programming the Revenue Management Software.
