As a Sales Operations Manager:in, you will be part of our sales team, work closely with our internal marketing and management, and ensure that good leads become strong customers -- in Cologne, Hamburg, and remote. Your goal: Clean data, clear processes, on-point documentation -- so that setters, closers, and management can concentrate on content and growth. Responsibilities

  • Lead Operations: You will structure our data in the CRM and turn interesting contacts into real opportunities.
  • Interface Management: You will ensure that data flows cleanly between our systems (e.g., Asana, Mailchimp, CRM) and that sales receives the information needed for strong conversations.
  • Automation: You will test new features and AI tools, build smart automations, and eliminate routine tasks to free up more time for valuable conversations.
  • Identification: You will identify relevant accounts and buyer personas, prepare lead lists, and thus sharpen the focus for setters and closers.
  • Pitch Deck Lead: You will be responsible for our pitch deck and provide sales materials that convince.
  • Case Studies: You will gather results and customer testimonials from projects and make our value as a growth partner visible.
  • Processes: You will optimize our sales processes and identify bottlenecks, develop concrete solutions, and thereby increase speed and closing quality.

Requirements

  • High-End B2B: You have experience with high-quality, complex services -- ideally in B2B environments with customer lifetime values in the five- to six-figure range.
  • Online Marketing: You have experience with online marketing services -- or are eager to dive in -- and use this understanding to smartly steer sales processes.
  • CRM & Sales Tools: You are proficient in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and common sales tools.
  • Modern Work Practices: You are enthusiastic about new tools and AI workflows and want to actively shape them.
  • Process Affinity: You love clear logic, structure workflows, and derive concrete action steps from clean data -- for understandable, repeatable results.
  • Organizational Talent: You keep track of things, moderate information between sales, marketing, and management, and ensure everyone is aligned at the right time.
  • Ownership & Proactivity: You take responsibility, tackle issues independently, and drive them to completion -- without waiting for instructions.
