Tätigkeiten
- You systematically identify new market and customer potentials and develop strategic new customer clusters from them
- You continuously build a robust sales pipeline, actively manage it, and thus secure the sustainable growth of our new customer business
- You are responsible for the entire end-to-end new customer sales process: from the initial contact, needs analysis, presentations, offer creation, and negotiation to the successful conclusion of the contract. You will be supported by our professional teams in presales, product management, marketing, and the contract department
- Together with marketing, product management & presales, you develop targeted go-to-market strategies for tapping into new customer segments
- You analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs and derive concrete measures for securing tomorrow's business
- You professionally manage your sales activities via our CRM, including forecasting and pipeline management.
- In the future, you will take responsibility for building, managing, and coaching your own new customer account team
Anforderungen
- You have several years of successful experience in B2B sales of software solutions, ideally ERP systems
- You have experience in strategic new customer sales, pipeline building, and closing complex projects
- You possess very good communication and presentation skills as well as a confident demeanor at the decision-maker level
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking, high self-motivation, and a structured way of working characterize you
- You have very good German language skills (at least C1 level)
- A fundamental openness & willingness for customer visits and on-site appointments at our locations in Lübeck or Berlin (approx. 4-5 days per month)
- Initial experience in technical leadership, coaching, or mentoring is an advantage - as is the desire to develop into a leadership role in the future
- You are willing to participate in our 5-week introductory/training program starting March 2026 on-site in Lübeck
