Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Social Media Assistant / Trainee to join our team. You will work directly under our Senior Marketing Managers to provide operative excellence. This isn't just a "support" role---this is a fast-track program to becoming a full-scale Social Media Manager. You will handle research, coordinate VAs, and ensure our performance systems are running at 100% capacity.

Activities

What you'll do exactly

• Operational Excellence: Support our Senior Managers in daily tasks to ensure maximum progress in our creator strategies.
• Deep-Dive Research: Conduct market and trend research to find the next viral hooks and content ideas.
• VA Coordination: Structure research tasks and distribute them to our Virtual Assistants, ensuring quality control.
• Data & Reporting: Assist in preparing data analyses and performance reports to optimize creative output.
• Content Support: Help in the preparation and organization of social media campaigns and account management.

Requirements

What we're looking for

Essential Qualifications:

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (OR proven practical success in Social Media).
• Basic understanding of Social Media algorithms (TikTok, Reels, etc.).
• Excellent English skills (C1/C2 level) are mandatory.

• Experience with tools like Notion, Slack, or Loom.
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut).
