Tasks

• You will support our clients with our software solution MACH INPRO for building permits, process, and workflow management.
• You will primarily analyze (building) permit processes at our clients and create valuable optimizations for users through tailor-made concepts and configurations of our software solution.
• You will be responsible for work packages (including sub-projects) independently throughout the entire consulting process: from requirements gathering to go-live.
• To ensure our software solution is used successfully in practice, you will accompany the testing phase and train and support our users, primarily remotely or, if necessary, on-site.
• During the project phase, you will be the central point of contact for our clients on technical issues within the modules in the area of process and workflow management systems – you will know how to always "take your counterpart with you" and create a trusting, goal-oriented collaboration.

Requirements

• You have experience as a consultant (m/f/d) or as a key user (m/f/d) for software in the area of process and workflow management.
• You have a fundamentally strong IT affinity and are proficient in using Office products – especially Word.
• You have very good German language skills (at least C1 level).
• You work very independently and in a structured manner and always act as a reliable (project) team member.
• You enjoy imparting knowledge and are motivated to continuously develop yourself professionally and methodologically through self-directed/proactive learning.
• Absolute service and goal orientation and very good self-management characterize you.
• You are prepared to travel nationwide for on-site assignments at our clients (on average 3 days per month with mostly independent appointment scheduling).
