Do you think in relationships instead of hierarchies and see teams as living systems? Then you are in the right place at Lexware Office. Our mission: We simplify entrepreneurship. With our software solution, we relieve the daily workload of over 400,000 small and micro-businesses in Germany. And the trend is rising sharply! For this, we are looking for people like you -- with a systemic view, a feel for interrelationships, and the courage to initiate change.

Join us as a Team Facilitator / Scrum Master (d/m/w). As soon as possible. With us in Freiburg im Breisgau, one of the sunniest cities in Germany -- or remotely from all over Germany. Our office offers the ideal environment for collaboration and creative exchange, as we attach great importance to direct communication. At the same time, we know that concentrated work is best done at home. We will find the right balance together.

Responsibilities

You support our team with a clear sense for good collaboration -- sometimes as a process facilitator, sometimes as an uncomfortable challenger, sometimes as a coach. You actively shape the "how" and find the balance between agile teaching and pragmatic action. You moderate Scrum ceremonies, help the team grow, and bring structure to communication, prioritization, and decision-making processes. With us, you become a catalyst to transform friction into productive movement and empower teams to be effective autonomously.

Requirements

  • You have a degree or a comparable qualification that enables you to effectively support teams. Your toolbox of methods is versatile -- whether classic Scrum ceremonies or individually tailored formats. You master the agile toolkit in your sleep and adapt it flexibly to your team's needs.
  • You are a communication talent: You listen carefully, express yourself clearly, and manage to bring misunderstandings to the table courageously and respectfully -- always on equal terms and with a focus on further development.
  • Terms like "Konsent" or "Sociocracy 3.0" mean something to you -- and when you see "DoD," you immediately think of "Definition of Done," not Dungeons & Dragons.

Info: For your start, you will receive a mentor who will support you and promote your individual development.

Team

Our Hiring Team is starting the team recruiting for this position. We look forward to getting to know you.

  • Johanna & Vera: Not just when cooking, testing restaurants, or designing workshops: We live our creativity to the fullest. As representatives of the Agile Community, we accompany this recruiting process and ensure your onboarding.
  • Nico, James, Marco & Andreas: From Mac users to Linux fans, our software developers are responsible for the further development and smooth operation of the team's own microservices. Privately, some enjoy mountain bike trips through the countryside, while others like to cook & play pen-and-paper games.
  • Markus is the Product Owner and tries to find out how lexoffice can make collaboration between tax firms and clients even more efficient. Privately, he counts the days even in midsummer until there is finally enough snow for skiing in the Black Forest.

Application Process

  1. Application: Initial exchange in the Instaffo Chat.
  2. Application Check: Several people are involved in the selection process. We gather their feedback and get back to you as soon as possible.
  3. Getting to Know Each Other: It's important to us whether we are a good fit. You will get to know your potentially future team in various interview formats.
  4. Selection: We will discuss the next steps transparently with you. Once we have made a decision, you will hear from us by phone.
  5. Onboarding: From the day you sign your contract, you will receive individual onboarding from us.
