About the Role

Tribex GmbH is seeking a Tax Assistant / Tax Specialist for an innovative tax firm. This position is available exclusively for applicants in Germany and requires fluent German language skills.

Responsibilities

• Independent management and processing of your financial accounting mandates, including payroll accounting depending on your interest profile.
• Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns in collaboration with tax advisors.
• Act as a professional, reliable, and peer-level contact for clients.
• Ensure quality and adherence to deadlines in ongoing declarations.
• Contribute to daily operations: provide optimization ideas, test new tools, and actively develop processes with the tech team.
• Support the integration of acquired firms into our standards and systems.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Tax Assistant, Tax Specialist, or Accountant, with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Solid technical knowledge and experience in the independent execution of compliance processes.
• Enjoy working with clients and building sustainable relationships.
• Proficient in using DATEV and highly open to testing and developing innovative solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, interest in digital solutions, and a desire to help shape a modern group of firms.
