Responsibilities

• Independent management and maintenance of the entire sales pipeline, including qualification, follow-up, and clean documentation of customer communication.
• Maintenance and optimization of CRM and documentation processes to ensure high data quality.
• Support in the preparation and implementation of sales campaigns.
• Conducting market analyses, experiments, and data analyses to identify new business potential and optimize processes.
• Participation in general operational tasks within an ambitious company to actively shape dynamic processes and promote growth.
• Planning, preparation, and follow-up of internal and external meetings.

Requirements

• Strong English and German skills: You can communicate effectively with the team in English and German.
• Enrollment: You are still enrolled as a student for at least one year and can work 20 hours per week.
• Residence in Germany: You are based in Germany and ready to seize this exciting opportunity.
