Your Role

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Qualified Person (QP) either full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the proper manufacturing and release of medical cannabis
• Fulfilling the duties of a Qualified Person according to §15 AMG
• Acting as the Responsible Person according to MedCanG
• Consulting and training cannabis companies within and outside of Europe
• Communication and coordination with the responsible authorities
• Support and further development of quality standards and processes

Qualifications

Must-haves

• Completed university degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Biology
• Minimum of two years of practical professional experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance, production, or quality control
• Sound knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong sense of responsibility, analytical skills, and decision-making competence
• Solution-oriented and independent work style
• High communication skills
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Willingness to travel within Germany, occasionally worldwide (approx. 2--10 times per year)
• Unblemished certificate of conduct (does not need to be submitted with the initial application)

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in the release of drug batches
• High initiative and ability to work independently
• Experience in managing and designing quality management systems
• Successful completion of the qualification examination for Qualified Persons
