About Inter.link

Inter.link is a purpose-driven, remote-native company building a fully automated, sustainable global internet network. Backed by multi-million founder funding and a growing international team of approx. 30 people, we are scaling fast and looking for a Partner Manager to support that journey.

You're building partner management from the ground up so a hands-on approach is required. You'll be responsible for growing income directly attributable to partners and will need to track conversions and success. Partners are System Integrators, Datacentres, and IT Enterprises.

This position is ideal for someone who is analytical, commercially minded, and ready to have a real impact in a growing startup.

Your Impact

  • Create structure and processes for effective partner management.
  • Own and grow partner management to drive revenue and expand market reach.
  • You will be part of the sales team and negotiate existing and future partner contracts.
  • Partner engagement -- through onboarding, newsletters and co-selling engagement.
  • Test and implement outreach efforts to maximize impact, e.g. through webinars, conference socials etc. And track the attendance and impact on the business.
  • Budget allocation and analysis are crucial to understanding the impact of your efforts.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value partners that align with company goals.
  • Together with marketing, you will plan and continue existing events like webinars, socials, meet-ups, etc.
  • Representing Inter.link at events (up to 50% during high event season).

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in partnership or sales management within the IT industry.
  • Ability to engage partners and keep them actively involved.
  • Proven experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Skilled negotiator with a pragmatic, commercial mindset.
  • Strong project management skills and experience in managing projects spanning across multiple departments.
  • Experienced in representing companies at events.
  • Entrepreneurial, structured and comfortable working hands-on in a lean setup.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken) any other language is a plus.
