WHAT YOU DO

• You plan and develop cross-channel social media strategies together with the team.
• You manage all phases of social media management -- from idea generation and production to community support -- independently.
• You support customer communication in day-to-day business and develop solutions for different industries and target groups.
• You develop innovative social media concepts -- from editorial planning and content creation to campaign management.
• You identify trends, test new tools and formats, and implement innovative approaches to increase reach and engagement.
• You create and analyze reports for performance measurement, derive optimization potential from them, and present the results clearly and convincingly.
• You analyze customer and community feedback and develop new ideas and measures from it for continuous improvement of collaboration and output.

WHAT YOU NEED

• You have at least two years of in-depth professional experience in social media management, successfully supporting a wide variety of brands and projects.
• You are very proficient with TikTok, understand the platform's specifics, its community, and the relevant content formats. You are also confident in using Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Business Suite) and confidently implement cross-channel strategies.
• You excel with experience in customer communication, always maintain a professional demeanor, and convince clients with your empathetic and solution-oriented consulting.
• You have a strong sense for current developments and trends in the social media sector, recognize opportunities early on, and use them creatively and purposefully for our clients.
• You are highly self-motivated and eager to learn, structure yourself and your tasks independently, and always maintain an overview even in dynamic phases.
• You think strategically and analytically, develop sustainable growth strategies, and make data-driven decisions. Analyses and reports are essential tools for you to measure success and further develop measures.
• You are very familiar with common social media tools and use them efficiently for planning, implementing, and evaluating your activities.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
