Your Responsibilities
Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Referat Vergabeprüfung suchen wir einen erfahrenen Rechtsexperte*in zur Gewährleistung der rechtssicheren Bearbeitung von Stellungnahmen und kontradiktorischen Verfahren.
Wenn du Freude daran hast, dich mit dem komplexen und schnelllebigen nationalen und europäischen Vergaberecht auseinanderzusetzen und bereits umfangreiche Berufserfahrung in der juristischen Bearbeitung von Vergabethemen sammeln konntest, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!
Die Stelle ist in Teilzeit mit 27 Stunden/Woche zu besetzen.
- You will take on the legal processing of contradictory proceedings to ensure compliance with national and European legal norms in the awarding of contracts within the framework of funding procedures. You will analyze complex legal issues, develop strategic solutions, and advise various administrative authorities on legal consequences and courses of action.
- Furthermore, you will prepare precise and legally sound statements within the scope of hearing and objection proceedings. You will formulate and document positions that take into account current legal requirements and practical implications for tender review, and exchange information with the relevant departments, administrative authorities, funding recipients, and their legal representatives.
- You will be responsible for the consistent monitoring of audit findings and will also continuously track legislative changes and current case law in procurement law. You will provide legal support on fundamental issues of tender review and regularly inform the team about relevant developments.
- Your complex area of responsibility will be rounded off by the independent expansion and maintenance of the internal knowledge database, including the identification and maintenance of best practice examples and current changes in procurement law.

Your Profile
- Completed law degree, ideally with a focus on procurement law
- Professional experience in the legal processing of procurement topics
- Extensive knowledge of procurement and budget law, ideally initial experience with funding law
- Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking ability
- Strong solution and goal orientation as well as decision-making skills
- Independent working style and very good organizational and deadline management skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, fluent German language skills at least at C1 level
