For our client, a reputable law firm centrally located in Munich, we are looking for a Partner Assistant (m/f/d) for permanent employment, starting immediately.
Responsibilities
- You will confidently manage the appointment calendar & coordinate meetings.
- You will manage documents and take care of appointment scheduling.
- We can also rely on you for communication between internal and external partners and document flow.
- You will take on administrative tasks and occasionally manage travel bookings.
Qualifications
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, training as a legal assistant, or as a foreign language correspondent and have already gained initial experience in a law firm.
- You are a talent for organization: You keep a cool head thanks to your flexible, self-reliant, reliable, and structured way of working.
- Your familiar use of common MS Office programs is also more than impressive.
- Very good German (spoken and written).
- Initial law firm experience is an advantage.
