  • 9 years' experience working with composite materials within aerospace (structures, stress, or design)
  • 5 years' experience in aircraft certification activities within EASA/FAA regulatory frameworks
  • Strong expertise in composite structural behaviour, including failure modes and substantiation methods
  • Proven experience supporting certification programmes (e.g. Part 23, Part 25, CS-23, SC-VTOL or equivalent)
  • Solid background in Fatigue & Damage Tolerance (F&DT) and static analysis principles

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership across composite structures and certification strategy
  • Support airframe design and construction activities from a certification standpoint
  • Define and oversee structural substantiation methodologies
  • Guide static analysis and Fatigue & Damage Tolerance (F&DT) activities
  • Lead input into certification planning and compliance execution
  • Collaborate closely with senior engineering, airworthiness, and programme leadership
