Become part of IONOS and let us grow together.\n\nAs a Senior Partner Business Manager Channel Sales, you will shape your daily routine yourself and independently decide when to visit which partner. The focus is on acquiring new sales partners and further developing existing sales partners in your sales territory. You will recommend and mediate IONOS Cloud products and be involved from the negotiation phase to the successful conclusion of the business.\n\n### Responsibilities\n\n* You will be responsible for the acquisition, onboarding, and development of sales partners (MSP, SI, Reseller).\n* You will develop joint growth, sales, and marketing plans with our sales partners with the aim of continuous revenue growth.\n* You will work closely with colleagues from other business areas (including Account Sales, Professional Services) and be in constant exchange with them to ensure successful sales partnerships.\n* You will identify and develop a promising pipeline of potential new IaaS projects through regular exchange with our sales partners.\n* You have the ability for independent success monitoring and forecasting.\n\n### Qualifications\n\n* Successfully completed studies in business, IT, or a comparable qualification.\n* Comprehensive IT infrastructure and cloud know-how.\n* Several years of sales experience with complex products or services.\n* In-depth knowledge and a strong network in the German IT channel.\n* Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.\n* Strong communication and negotiation skills.\n* Entrepreneurial thinking, high self-motivation, and structured way of working.\n* You present yourself confidently and find it easy to inspire others for a cause.\n* High willingness to travel nationwide.\n\n### Benefits\n\n* Hybrid work model with home office option.\n* Flexible working hours through trust-based working time.\n* Subsidized canteen and various free drinks at some locations.\n* Modern office spaces with very good transport links.\n* Various employee discounts for activities and products.\n* Employee events such as summer and winter parties, as well as workshops.\n* Numerous further training and development opportunities.\n* Various health offers, such as sports and health courses.
