- DevOps Engineer (f/m/d) Customer Care AI Platform Team (hybrid)

Tasks
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration workflows in collaboration with development teams.
- Maintain and optimize Debian-based Linux systems to ensure high availability and monitoring across multiple data centers.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and maintain ISO security standards, including vulnerability management and dependency tracking.
- Architect and optimize low-latency streaming infrastructure for Speech-to-Speech (S2S) to ensure natural voice interactions.
- Host and monitor specialized AI tooling, including MCP servers, Vector databases, and caching applications.
Qualifications
- Strong Linux administration experience (preferably Debian) and hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production.
- Proven track record with cloud-native architectures and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Ansible, and ArgoCD.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including subnetting, routing, and BGP concepts.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash for troubleshooting distributed systems.
- Experience with monitoring and observability stacks, specifically Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
Nice to have: Experience with telephony gateways (SIP/RTP), migrating VM-based infrastructure to containers, or exposure to AI-driven development workflows.
