At IONOS, we are building a Senior Enterprise Sales capability focused on driving long-term growth through strategic deals and high-impact partnerships.\n\nThis is a role for a builder of revenue engines , not a manager of existing accounts. You will operate as a senior individual contributor with total ownership where youshape dealsfrom first principles and closing commercially meaningful agreements with senior decision-makers.\n\n### Tasks\n\nYour impact will be:\n\n* Revenue Architecture: Own and grow a multi-million-euro enterprise pipeline with direct responsibility for new revenue creation and strategic account expansion.\n* Complex Deal Leadership: Lead high-stakes enterprise sales cycles involving multi-year contracts, intricate pricing models, and C-level stakeholders.\n* Whitespace Innovation: Proactively identify market gaps, structure new commercial propositions, and bring deals from concept to close.\n* Strategic Growth: Move beyond passive maintenance. Drive growth through sophisticated upsell, cross-sell, and new monetization models.\n* Commercial Mentorship: Act as a leader within a small, specialized team, setting the gold standard for deal quality and negotiation strategy.\n\n### Qualifications\n\nWhat you bring:\n\n* Track Record: Proven experience in Enterprise Sales, Strategic Business Development, or complex B2B Partnerships (ideally in SaaS, Infrastructure, or Digital Ecosystems).\n* Commercial Instinct: You have a "sharp eye" for pricing, margins, and leverage. This role focuses on building new revenue streams through strategic deals and high-impact partnerships, operating as a senior individual contributor with full ownership of shaping and closing commercially meaningful agreements with C-level decision-makers. You will architect revenue, lead complex sales cycles, innovate in market gaps, drive strategic growth through advanced monetization models, and mentor a specialized team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in Enterprise Sales or Strategic Business Development, strong commercial acumen, executive presence, high autonomy, and is fluent in German and English.
