Become part of IONOS and let us grow together.\n\nThe continuously growing Service & Security Management team operates standardized management systems in the environment of customers from the Enterprise and Public Sector and ensures their continuous improvement, e.g., through GRC standards, certifications, and attestations. Within the IONOS group of companies with international subsidiaries, the team creates corporate standards, e.g., in risk, document, and process management.\n\n### Your Responsibilities:\n\n* Lead a team of organizational security and service management employees.\n* Be a central point of contact for established standards and certifications within the IONOS group.\n* Be responsible for the security risk management of the IONOS group of companies and other company divisions of the United Internet holding.\n* Operate and be responsible for core processes and management system activities, e.g., document, process, and emergency management.\n* Report on activities and maturity levels of the management systems in a target-group-oriented manner.\n* Serve as a liaison to other corporate functions such as Compliance and Legal.\n\n### Your Qualifications:\n\n* Successfully completed university degree in computer science, with a focus on information security, or a similar field, or extensive professional experience in information security, service management, or comparable areas.\n* You not only know international and national standards and norms like ISO 27001, ISO 50001 by name - you have already worked in certified scopes and perhaps created them anew.\n* You should have already gained initial leadership experience.\n* You achieve results by convincing specialist departments in an international organization and motivatedly involve them in the implementation of standards and processes.\n* You can quickly familiarize yourself with new subject areas and are accustomed to communicating complex interrelationships in a target-group-oriented and direct manner, getting straight to the point.
