Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated and sales-driven personality to strengthen our sales team in the area of cloud solutions. This position is central to the systematic development of our sales pipeline and ensures that qualified leads are efficiently handed over to our account managers. The goal is to increase sales performance and significantly improve the ROI of our marketing activities.

  • Qualify incoming marketing leads (MQL) according to defined criteria.
  • Schedule initial consultations with potential cloud customers for account managers.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to evaluate and further develop campaigns.
  • Follow up and support leads throughout the entire pre-sales process.
  • Ensure fast lead processing ("Time to First Contact").
  • Contribute to increasing the conversion rate from leads to opportunities.
  • Utilize and further develop automated processes for lead processing.

Your Profile

  • Initial experience in sales, ideally in the cloud/IT environment or B2B.
  • Strong communication skills, high self-motivation, and a focus on closing deals.
  • Very good German language skills (at least C1) - essential for the DACH market.
  • Interest in technical solutions and the willingness to familiarize yourself with cloud products.
  • Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working.
