Ihre Aufgaben

• We are looking for an individual who is not satisfied with merely achieving 100% SLA fulfillment, 5/5 CSAT scores, and perfect NPS. We seek a dedicated advocate for customer success who understands this as a continuous journey with evolving goals.
• We are in search of a technically proficient candidate with the entrepreneurial spirit and vision to join us in challenging the status quo and demonstrating that Germany can deliver outstanding service.
• We require someone who can effectively bridge the gap between technical and business teams, understanding their unique cultures and objectives.

Ihr Profil

We are excited to announce the expansion of our Cloud Support Team, dedicated to empowering our Partners and B2B Customers to achieve and maintain success with IONOS Cloud Products and Services. As we continue our transition from a reactive to a proactive and predictive Support Organization, we are seeking an experienced, visionary leader and manager who possesses the drive and skills to help us build the Support Team of the future. This role will offer a high-stakes, high-pressure environment that demands-and rewards-initiative, attentiveness, resilience, and grit. You will be part of a team that is positioned at the forefront of innovation, where you will have the opportunity to play a key role in our collective success. • A minimum of 3 years of uninterrupted leadership experience in teams of more than 5 individuals within a relevant environment.
• Must be located in Berlin, with proximity to Ostkreuz considered a plus.
• Excellent command of both English and German is required.
• Familiarity with daily use of AI tools is essential-not just for spellchecking emails.
• Willingness and ability to pass the Sicherheitsüberprüfung 2 (SÜ2) is mandatory.
