To support the Office of the Executive Board, we are looking for an engaged Working Student who has an interest in technology, innovation, and strategic issues and would like to gain insights into work at the executive level. In this role, you will work closely with the CPO and support analyses, presentations, market monitoring, and organizational topics surrounding strategic initiatives in the areas of AI, Cloud, and digital/web-based products.
Tasks
- Support the Office of the Executive Board / CPO with strategic, analytical, and organizational/coordinative tasks.
- Research and analyze market, competitor, and technology trends (e.g., Cloud, AI, Web technologies).
- Prepare complex topics in an understandable form for internal decision-making processes.
- Create and further develop management presentations, briefings, and analyses.
- Support innovation and future topics, including the evaluation of new technologies and trends.
- Collaborate on strategy and concept papers/presentations.
- Support coordination and organizational tasks within the environment of the Executive Board.
- Structure and document topics, projects, and decision-making foundations.
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Current studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable degree program.
- Ideally a combination of a technical background and business interest.
- Technical knowledge in one or more areas: Web technologies (e.g., Web architectures), Cloud technologies (e.g., platforms, infrastructure, containers, platform architectures), and Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning / Generative AI.
- Optional: Business knowledge, e.g., in strategy, market analysis, or business models.
- Strong analytical skills and structured thinking.
- Ability to prepare complex topics clearly and understandably.
- Enjoyment in presenting content in meaningful presentations and analyses.
- Interest in market and competitor analyses.
- Enthusiasm for technology, innovation, and future topics.
- Willingness to experiment with new technologies and tools.
- Enjoyment of organizational and coordinating tasks.
- Ability to clearly structure and drive topics forward.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with various stakeholders.
- Initiative, commitment, and flexibility.
- Teamwork skills, resilience, and reliability.
Language: Really good German and English skills
