Job Description:

Your Tasks:

• Support of the application, selection, and qualification process for full-time care positions
• Placement as well as organization of the initiation, placement, and, if necessary, termination of care
• Counseling families and supporting them with the child's development plan
• Regular contact with the placed children
• Involvement of legal guardians in the support process (parents/guardians)
• Contact person for and cooperation with youth welfare offices, kindergartens/schools, and other involved professional bodies (counseling/diagnostics/therapy)
• Crisis intervention and conflict management (participation in on-call duty)
• Accompanying the child during contact visits, in dealing with their family of origin and their own biography

Your Profile:

• Professional experience in the pedagogical support of children and adolescents with behavioral issues and their families
• Assumption of case-specific administrative tasks
• Personal suitability criteria, such as psychological resilience, ability to reflect, teamwork, communication skills, positive view of humanity, and reliability.
