Join IQVIA as Trainee Clinical Research Associate / Associate CRA (m/w/d) in the sponsor-dedicated team and work from your home office throughout Germany.

In our Clinical Functional Service Partnership models, we work in close partnership with key customers to deliver comprehensive clinical trial management. Within this team, you will focus on projects for a single pharma client, gaining direct and in-depth experience.

Responsibilities

  • Performing site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, plus maintaining appropriate documentation.
  • Supporting the development of a subject recruitment plan.
  • Establishing regular lines of communication and administering protocol and related study training to assigned sites.
  • Evaluating the quality and integrity of site practices, escalating quality issues as appropriate.
  • Managing progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, case report form (CRF) completion, and data query resolution.

Requirements

  • A university degree in a healthcare or scientific discipline, or vocational education in the medical field.
  • A completed advanced training in clinical research is mandatory.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and a good command of English are mandatory.
  • Flexibility for regular business travel (40-60% of working time) and a driving license class B.
  • Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Preferred home-office locations: North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, Lower Saxony.
  • Availability to start on July 16 or August 1, 2026, is mandatory.
