Ihre Aufgaben

• Work closely with Athlete Services for the operational marketing aspects of the French and Belgian races, both pre- and post-race.
• Work closely with Race Directors for the operational marketing aspects of the French and Belgian races.
• Assist in the communications via our different tools (website, marketing mailers, etc).
• Support in PR management, helping build the press kit, develop the relations with the local and national press, organize press conferences.
• Work on the local marketing activations for each race.
• Assist on the marketing campaigns throughout the 6 months, their implementation and follow-up.
• Assist on strategic projects and planning both for the 2026 and the 2027 season.

Onsite, you will:

• Be present for at least 5 race weekends.
• Support on/ Lead the PR management.
• Support on/ Lead the relationships with the content team, photos and videos.
• Support on/ Lead the marketing activations.
• Support on Community Management and content creation.

Ihr Profil

• Have a degree, ideally in marketing, event management, or the endurance/ event industry.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in French and professional working proficiency in English.
• Have previous experience working the sports events field and operational marketing.
• Are autonomous, flexible, reliable, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and rigorous.
• Are capable of multi-tasking, and of working with different teams across the globe and locally.
• Are familiar with content creation at events
• Are available to travel and work on-site at IRONMAN events, including weekends.
• Have a driving license.
