Your Responsibilities:
- Support in the analysis, evaluation, and creation of solution approaches, concepts, methods, and strategies to ensure project success (e.g., reorganizations, digital transformations).
- Focus on organizational development within the Public Sector (ministries, authorities, Federal Chancellery).
- Active support and management of (sub-)projects within transformation and change initiatives in the IT/Public context (e.g., Defense, administrative modernization, OZG implementation, digitalization of the public sector).
- Consulting at the state level on implementing changes in (IT) organizations.
- For leadership roles: Professional and disciplinary management and development of a team.
Your Profile:
- Completed university degree in a relevant field of economics, psychology, or equivalent.
- Experience in external management consulting.
- Demonstrable practical experience in transformation/change management processes or projects, preferably with agile methods.
- Industry knowledge and/or connection to the public sector is desirable.
- Quick comprehension, "out-of-the-box" thinking, dynamic and confident personality with the ability to inspire and convince, structured and solution-oriented approach.
