What awaits you with us


  • Your main task is the active sale of all relevant products and services (including contract renewal, cross-selling, and upselling); for example, to property management companies, property developers, and housing associations.
  • You will win new ista customers through campaigns, networking, cold calling, trade fairs, events, and lead processing.
  • You will independently develop new sales strategies for long-term customer loyalty and strategic development of focus customers.
  • In addition to consulting and creating individual solutions, you will maintain and expand contact with important decision-makers.
  • You will identify further potential through market and competitor analyses.
  • Continuous maintenance of customer and competitor information in the CRM system is part of the daily routine.
  • You will take care of following up on offers and tenders, are responsible for contract management, and ensure complete documentation of framework agreements.
  • You will communicate with other specialist departments and are therefore responsible for involving relevant, adjacent functions (operational functions and technical sales support) as needed.

What you bring with you


  • You bring at least 3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in the housing industry, and have completed technical or commercial training.
  • Experience with the German heating cost ordinance (Heizkostenverordnung) and related legal frameworks (e.g., Building Energy Act) is desirable.
  • You convince with communication and implementation strength, negotiation skills, problem-solving ability, and a confident demeanor with stakeholders.
  • Your working style is self-initiated, you have entrepreneurial thinking, and you can work independently.
  • Others can learn from your confident interaction with customers, your positive conflict management, and your strong solution orientation.
  • Finally, you have good knowledge of MS Office and CRM programs, as well as a strong interest in measuring technology and building infrastructure (especially heating systems).
