Your mission

As a network technician, you will be responsible for optimization and troubleshooting in the following areas:

• Provisioning, operation, and error analysis of Citrix ADC NetScaler
• Configuration and management of load balancing, content switching, Citrix Gateway, and SSL certificates
• Administration, including applying updates and patches in the Citrix environment
• Management and configuration of access controls, including LDAP integration and multi-factor authentication
• Configuration and administration of active network components in the LAN / WAN and WLAN areas
• You will plan and implement network infrastructure systems according to the latest standards
• You will create and maintain documentation in your area of responsibility

Your profile

• You have completed training as a specialist in IT or a comparable technical qualification
• You have many years of comprehensive or in-depth experience and knowledge in Citrix NetScaler (SDX and VPX) as well as basic knowledge in network administration, ideally also with Next-Generation Firewall environments
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and basic knowledge of reverse proxies
• Relevant certifications in the Citrix and network environment, as well as ITIL knowledge, are an advantage
• Ideally, you already have knowledge of manufacturers such as CISCO, Fortinet, Lancom, HP, and Alcatel
• You can communicate easily in writing and orally in German and use your English skills to understand common technical literature
• You are a team player with a structured and process-oriented approach, networked thinking and acting, as well as a strong service orientation
• High willingness to learn, quick comprehension, and self-motivation complete your profile
