Your Responsibilities
- You are the first point of contact for our customers regarding technical and commercial inquiries about our software products.
- You process support requests via our ticket system, prioritize them, and ensure efficient problem-solving or escalation to the specialist departments.
- You will assist with the billing of support services and software licenses, create invoices, and monitor incoming payments.
- You maintain customer master data and document support cases as well as commercial transactions.
- You work closely with the development team and sales to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Administratively, you support the creation of reports and analyses in the areas of support and finance.
Your Profile
- You are studying computer science, business informatics, or a similar field.
- Initial practical experience in customer service, IT support, or a commercial area is an advantage.
- You are familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
- You are eager to work in a very pragmatic, results-oriented manner and contribute proactively and independently.
- You have a confident demeanor and strong communication skills.
- You think not only outside the box but also networked and analytically.
