As we expand, we are looking for an Online Marketing Manager to lead digital initiatives, optimize performance, and help our clients scale with precision and creativity.

Your Responsibilities

Strategy Development & Execution

  • Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid media, email marketing, SEO, and social media
  • Develop integrated marketing strategies that align with client goals and brand positioning
  • Optimize campaigns based on data insights to improve key metrics such as traffic, conversions, and ROI

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.)
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with data analysts and creative teams to ensure campaigns are continuously refined and optimized

Team & Client Collaboration

  • Work closely with media buyers, designers, content creators, and project managers to deliver cohesive campaigns
  • Serve as the main marketing point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring strategic alignment and client satisfaction
  • Support new service rollouts, launches, and cross-channel promotions

Your Profile

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital or online marketing
  • Strong understanding of key digital channels: Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, CRM/email marketing, social media platforms
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with hands-on campaign management experience
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and CRM platforms
  • Bonus: Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo) and growth marketing tactics
