The Opportunity
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our commercial team and drive growth in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). This role is key to building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting our partners with tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborative: Support the sales team with customer inquiries, complaints, and pricing.
- Connecting link: Work closely with the marketing, customer service, planning and quality teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs, provide products information, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow-Up: Nurture leads and track inquiries to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and update Sales Pipelines.
- Sales Presentations and Trainings: Conduct virtual presentations and trainings to our distribution partner's sales forces.
- Negotiation and Closing: Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Occasional customer visits and participation in trade shows if needed.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, forecasts and customer interactions.
Your Profile
- Recommended: Proven experience in Business & Sales, customer service, or account management (at least 3 years, preferably in B2B or chemical / pharma sector).
- Strong Communication, Negotiation Skills, Analytical Skills and Enterpreneurial Mindset.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); knowledge of another European language is a plus.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and MS Office tools.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the DACH market and cultural nuances is highly valued.
- (Bio-) Chemical Knowledge Business Marketing is a plus.
